The top most governing body for ALLIED is the Executive committee. This committee is composed of the proprietor and aco-opted qualified accountant. The Committee is free to co-opt to two individuals outside the firm to act as advisors.

The executive committee is charged with the responsibility of setting policies and goals for the firm and overseeing the implementation of these policies and goals by the two General Managers. The executive committee also undertakes review and assessment of the quality of the firm’s outputs/deliverables.
